Sneha Kapahi – Founder & CEO

Sneha Kapahi started IHRS India in 2011. Her long and excellent career in well-known recruitment firms are definitely an added benefit. Focusing on quality service, her motto has always been to provide the best possible recruitment service. After many successful years serving various clients, she dreams of setting the business and branding IHRS with aggressive expansion plans. She heads the business operations at IHRS with her firm and friendly norms at work. Sneha has been a part of various companies as a Recruitment Consultant and has served many big brands being a crucial team member of the Human Resource Division.

For her courteous persona, people at the bay call her a gentle and modest contemporary woman. Under her guidance, team IHRS excels to serve exceptional candidatures to clients. S.P Chawla – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. S.P Chawla, a Mechanical Engineer turned banker is an asset for the company. He gets with himself an experience of more than 4 decades in various fields. Over the years, he has worked across different locations and various sectors like engineering, quality control, administration, project appraisals for bankability and many more.

His affinity for numbers helps him a great deal. Mr. Chawla was the Sr. Regional Manager of Punjab National Bank (Lucknow Region). When he retired honorably in August 2010, he was the Asst. General Manager (AGM) of PNB. Thereafter, he has been on the approved panel of PNB for conducting Credit Audit.

He has been a pillar of strength for the organization and a core member of the management panel at IHRS. It is under his able guidance that the company has taken huge steps onto the path of success and prosperity. He has been the driving force behind IHRS and he strives hard to take the name of the company to apex position.
